When you request a quote or book a rental, you may provide your name, contact details, event address, rental details, participant count or age range, and instructions. Inquiries include the message you send us. When we request booking documents, we collect the information entered in those documents, signatures and signing audit records.
How we use information
We use information you provide to respond to inquiries, manage rental bookings, arrange delivery and provide customer support. Google address tools help find event addresses and calculate delivery routes or charges. When booking documents are requested, signing and audit records document their completion.
Who we share information with
We use InflateMate to operate this website and manage rental inquiries and bookings. Stripe processes payments for our bookings. Resend delivers service emails, including inquiry and booking messages. Google receives address searches and event addresses for address lookup and delivery calculations, separately from optional advertising. When booking documents are requested, DocuSeal processes customer or participant information selected for the documents, signatures and audit records. UploadThing stores completed documents and available signing audit PDFs. We do not otherwise share customer information beyond these service providers, except when required by law.

We keep records for the following periods or purposes: 5 years.
